By accessing and using CRED's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the service.
2. Description of Services
CRED provides a credit card management platform that allows users to add and manage credit cards, link bank accounts, complete KYC verification, track reward points, and manage financial data. Our services are available through web and mobile applications.
3. User Accounts
To use our services, you must create an account with accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
4. Privacy and Data Protection
Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of information as described in our Privacy Policy. We employ 256-bit SSL encryption and follow RBI compliance guidelines.
5. KYC Verification
Users may be required to complete Know Your Customer (KYC) verification by providing PAN and Aadhaar details along with document uploads. We verify these documents in compliance with applicable regulations. Providing false or misleading information during KYC may result in account suspension.
6. Credit Card Information
When you add credit card information to CRED, you represent that you are the authorized holder of those cards. We store only the information necessary to provide our services and do not store full card numbers or CVV codes.
7. Limitation of Liability
CRED is a management and tracking platform. We are not responsible for any transactions made outside our platform or for the accuracy of information provided by third-party financial institutions. Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
8. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these terms. You may also delete your account at any time through the settings page. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through the platform. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
